Costa Rica Is Getting Its First LuxuryTent Wild Resort

Image
A new kind of resort is coming to Costa Rica. Nayara Hotels is planning to open its third hotel in the country, but this time with a twist: it will consist of 24, 945-square-foot tents. The Nayara Tented Resort’s tents will each have a master suite and en-suite bathroom, along with an adjoining tent that can serve as a lounge or second bedroom. Each tent will sit on its own platform with a plunge pool filled from nearby hot springs. “We loved the beautiful tented camps in Africa and Asia, and recognized that there was nothing in Costa Rica, or even Central America, as spectacular, especially nothing that was open year-round. We have access to the highest mountain in the area with 360-degree views. It is a magical setting for an ultra-luxury tented camp,” said Leo Ghitis of Nayara Hotels. Nayara has partnered with Luxury Frontiers, known for its top-ranked tented camps in Africa, on the project. “It is exciting to work with a company that shares similar goals and values t...

Scott Galloway makes the case for the Apple Watch Edition in 4 minutes and 52 seconds. If you haven’t seen the  YouTube  of Scott Galloway’s presentation at the DLD (Digital-Life-Design) conference in Munich earlier this year, you’re in for a treat. Out of 776 Grand Prix events where Ferrari cars have been entered, Ferrari cars have achieved 203 pole positions, 218 fastest laps, 622 podium finishes and an astounding 209 victories. That is quite a racing pedigree. The first cars produced for the general public were primarily sold to help finance all the Ferrari racing activities. Things changed following the bomb...
