Luxury Penthouses for Sale in a Few Favorite Hot Spots
So you’ve been putting a little aside to purchase a vacation home in one of the most chic areas of the world? Since you want to be as comfortable in your home as your primary residence, we highly recommend looking at penthouses. If you don’t already live in one, you may not have thought about all of the advantages of owning one.
Aside from having your own private pool, views that go on forever and floor-to-ceiling windows, there are many amenities that are often as standard as air conditioning and an American kitchen. For example, concierge services, doormen and butlers are often included in the monthly tenant fees or bundled in with your mortgage. Some are services you may not need, however once you get used to them you’ll wonder how you ever did without them. Many of the buildings include first level services that cater to the building’s owners, such as dry cleaners, grocery, boutiques and cocktail lounges.
Penthouses are designed like houses, so once inside you don’t even realize you’re in a building with others. So when you go from your car to your private elevator after a hard day at work, it is amazing to be able to hop on your own private elevator and take a non-stop trip to your place.
The collection we are showing today will take you to four of our favorite cities and in penthouses so plush you might be tempted to learn more about them. At the time of publishing this article, all properties were still on the market.
