 Location and Accessibility
Location is very important in choosing a vacation home. Do you want to enjoy a luxury lifestyle where you are just minutes from shopping boutiques and car dealerships? Do you wish to be near nightclubs at the beach so you could meet attractive women and other sophisticated singles? Vacation homes near bodies of water or spectacular land formations often rake in a higher value in the real estate market. You best watch out for such options.
Accessibility is also important, especially during emergencies. Your home might have the best view in the world as it sits right beside a magnificent, thundering waterfall but could only be accessed by helicopter. Well, a number of people would love to live in such a place but be prepared for emergencies and other unforeseen events.
 Design
The architecture and design of the vacation is very important, of course. Since you are prepared to pay a premium price for your new home, it should be a place that you will enjoy staying in. Not sure what to choose for the design? Use homes of famous people as guide – most of them are featured in glossy magazine spreads, anyway.
Also, take into consideration the climate of the place. Tropical destinations experience higher temperatures and more sunny days but also expect lots of rain. It would be perfect if water features such as swimming pools and fish ponds come with the property. Homes in winter destinations should have an excellent heating system even in some outdoor areas so as not to hamper your fun.
 Price
Girls love to marry a rich man so they can have grand vacations and beautiful homes, properties they can buy on a whim without worrying about the price. Still, when it comes to buying real property, the price comes into place and could determine whether the house sells quickly or not. No sure about its real value? Do not be afraid to consult an expert. Successful people and educated men should never be ashamed about asking for help. After all, it is not as if they are not expected to know everything, right?
