If you want to be sure that you are going to get a good quality villa, you will be well advised to rent a villa that is privately owned. Many villa owners on Menorca have their villa as a second home and rent it out when they are not using it. This way you can be sure that the villa is well maintained as the owner is going to want to be sure that everything is fine for when they are staying there.
